病历摘要 患者,女,25岁.反复咯干酪样物1年余,于1997年7月4日入院.患者于去年夏季午睡时突然剧烈干咳,继之咳出黄豆粒大小3块呈干酪样、灰黄色、质偏硬,无异味.此后咽部异物感,发痒,时常干咳,平卧时加重,咽痛,口臭,间断咯出米粒至黄豆粒大小二十余块.经县医院病理诊断结石,市医院病理诊断曲菌菌落,抗炎治疗无好转.病程中无发热、盗汗、胸痛,无腹痛、腰痛、关节痛,性格无改变,吞咽食物正常,食欲、大小便正常.
