目前国内许多钢铁企业为了提升自身的综合竞争力,将自动化控制引入高炉生产。基于PLC的高炉自动化控制系统的应用,能够满足高炉生产过程中的“高效、低耗、优质、长寿、清洁”理念,相较于过去工厂根据自身经验进行操作相比具有非常显著地优势,成为当前计算机的最佳应用领域。本文分别介绍了高炉炼铁的生产工艺流程、系统的硬件配置、自动化控制系统的设计,以进一步了解和提高高炉的自动化应用程度。
