[目的]了解孝儿镇中心卫生院和镇卫生院医务人员的工作满意度,为改善孝儿镇医疗服务质量提供理论依据。[方法]对两院全体医务人员进行工作满意度的问卷调查。[结果]孝儿镇医务人员工作满意度总体不高,较不满意的比例相对较多(42.1%),两院比较来看,中心卫生院医务人员的满意度明显低于镇卫生院。[结论]针对孝儿镇医务人员工作满意度情况,相关部门应采取一定措施提高其工作满意度,以促进该地区医疗服务发展。
[Objective] To understand the job satisfaction of the medical staffs in the central hospital and the town hospital in Xiaonan and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of medical service in Xiaorong. [Method] A questionnaire survey on job satisfaction of all medical staff in both houses was conducted. [Results] The job satisfaction of medical workers in Xiaorong town was generally not high, relatively more than the dissatisfied ones (42.1%). Compared with the two hospitals, the satisfaction of medical staff in the central hospital was significantly lower than that of the town hospitals. [Conclusion] According to the job satisfaction of medical workers in Xiaorong town, relevant departments should take certain measures to improve their job satisfaction so as to promote the development of medical service in this area.
