空分装置中空压机的防喘振保护是保证空压机及空分设备安全运行的十分重要的控制系统。这种系统有液压的、电动的…等各种不同控制方式。这里以日本进口的35000米~3/时空分装置为例,介绍一种大型空压机防喘振控制系统。该系统采用了用函数发生器产生模拟放风曲线的方法,具有线路简单、调整方便、控制灵敏的优点。 空气压缩机是轴流加离心式的。额定风量为250000米~3/时。由于轴流部分叶片抗喘振能力差,因此,对防喘振系统要求也较一般离心式空压机为高。
