应用通用引物聚合酶链反应（ＧＰ－ＰＣＲ）技术对８１８例泌尿生殖道标本进行人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）检测。结果：ＨＰＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性３０８例，总检出率为３７．６５％（３０８／８１８），其中男性为３４．３９％（５４／１５７），女性为３８．４３％（２５４／６６１）。本检测结果证明，ＧＰ－ＰＣＲ是一种在大规模人群中快速筛查多型ＨＰＶ感染的有效方法。
818 urogenital samples were tested for human papillomavirus (HPV) using universal primer polymerase chain reaction (GP-PCR). Results: The positive rate of HPV-DNA in 308 cases was 37.65% (308/818). Among them, 34.39% (54/157) were male and 38.43% (254/661) were female. The results of this test demonstrate that GP-PCR is an effective method to rapidly screen for multi-type HPV infection in a large population.
