本文对本地区X 线工作人员(称照射组)与不接触X 线的门诊健康体检人员(称对照组)晶体检查情况,从工龄、年龄及晶体混浊部位和形态进行了初步分析,现报告如下:对象与方法1989年9月我们对江阴市从事X 线工作一年以上的172名工作人员进行普查。其中参加86年、89年二次体检35人。在门诊抽样调查年龄相似的不接触X 线健康体检人员172名作为对照。所有受检查者均以2%新福林散瞳,然后在裂隙灯显微镜(苏州产YZ-5CSI)下详查晶体。计数方法,以晶体见点状混浊3枚以上,例数做为记录。均由同一医师用同一裂隙灯检查。
