大规模集成电路专用设备学术交流会暨庆祝学组成立和《LSI制造与测试》正式公开发刊会议于1985年6月21日至25日在江苏省无锡市召开。出席会议的代表来自科学院系统、教育系统、机械工业系统、电子工业系统、航天工业系统及地方研究所、工厂企业等70个单位118人。会议得到了上级学会的重视和专家们的支持。科学院长春光机所所长、学会理事长唐九华教授,上海光学仪器研究所所长、中国光学学会常务理事庄松林博士,还有8位高级职称的科研人员出席了会议。
Large-scale integrated circuit dedicated equipment academic exchange cum celebration group was established and “LSI manufacturing and testing” official open publication conference in June 21, 1985 to 25 in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. The representatives from the Academy of Sciences attended the meeting from 118 institutes, 70 institutions including the Academy of Sciences, the education system, the mechanical industrial system, the electronic industrial system, the aerospace industrial system and the local institutes, and the factories and enterprises. The conference received the attention of the higher level society and the support of experts. Professor Chang Jiuhua, director of Changchun Institute of Optics and Technology, president of Academy of Sciences, professor Tang Jiuhua, director of Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, executive director of China Optical Society, Dr. Zhuang Songlin, and 8 senior scientific and technical personnel attended the conference.
