我国计量技术法规包括国家计量检定系统表、计量器具检定规程和国家计量技术规范三方面的内容,计量技术法规是计量管理、科研、检测、校准等技术活动必须遵循的依据和准则。本文从五个方面叙述了技术法规的要求、收集、管理、控制、提供利用的方法及措施。搞好计量技术法规有效性的控制与管理,是实现计量工作科学性、严肃性、准确性、规范性的重要保证。
Our measurement technology laws and regulations include the contents of the national measurement verification system form, the verification procedures of measurement instruments and the national measurement technical specifications. The measurement technical regulations are the basis and guidelines that must be followed in the measurement of management, scientific research, testing, calibration and other technical activities. This article describes the requirements of technical regulations from five aspects, and collects, manages, controls and provides the methods and measures for their utilization. To control and manage the effectiveness of measurement technology laws and regulations is an important guarantee for the scientific, serious, accurate and normative measurement.
