本文通过对“三吹二”和“三吹三”操作体制的转炉炉龄等因素与钢产量之间的关系进行分析,推导出了彼此关系的数学表示式,并确立了最佳炉龄的计算方法。同时用数学方法证明了那种不惜大幅度降低日冶炼炉次而片面追求高炉龄的结果,必然导致钢产量的降低和耐火材料消耗的增加,尤其在生产任务紧的情况下,更应切忌这种现象的发生。而应代之以平稳和有计划地提高炉龄,方可收到增加钢产量与降低耐火材料消耗的最佳经济效果。
