详细分析了不同算法对铸件凝固数值模拟计算效率的影响。结果表明,采用直接差分法进行铸件凝固过程数值模拟时,每一时间步长所需计算时间的90%是用于传热方程系数计算的;采用改进的三种算法可以将每一时间步长上所需计算时间缩短为原来的76.2%、10.2%和15.4%。
The influence of different algorithms on numerical simulation efficiency of casting solidification is analyzed in detail. The results show that when the direct difference method is used to simulate the solidification process of castings, 90% of the calculation time required for each time step is used to calculate the coefficient of heat transfer equation. Three improved algorithms can be used to calculate the time- The required calculation time is reduced to 76.2%, 10.2% and 15.4% of the original.
