作者在急性实验条件下,电刺激猫的黑质和皮层观察对尾核cAMP变化的影响。用竞争性蛋白结合试验测定尾核标本的cAMP浓度。实验结果表明:刺激一侧黑质和皮层10分钟后同侧尾核中cAMP显著增加,刺激停止10分钟后尾核中cAMP恢复至对照水平;而预先在猫的内侧前脑束水平切断一侧黑质—纹状体通路后再刺激双侧的黑质和皮层,仅观察到非损伤侧尾核中cAMP增加。已知内侧前脑束损伤离断了进入尾
The authors under the acute experimental conditions, the electrical stimulation of the substantia nigra and cortex of cats on the cAMP changes in the caudate nucleus. The concentration of cAMP in caudate nucleus samples was determined by a competitive protein binding assay. The experimental results showed that the cAMP in the ipsilateral caudate nucleus increased significantly after stimulating the substantia nigra and cortex in one side for 10 minutes, and the cAMP in the caudate nucleus returned to the control level 10 minutes after the stimulation was stopped.
