采用分布式多传感器(电极)研究了同步12导联常规心电信号(electrocardiogram,ECG)的Lyapunov指数谱(Lyapunov spectrum).研究结果表明,不论健康人还是具有窦性节律的冠心病人(coronary artery disease,CAD),从不同位置提取的心电信号得出的Lyapunov指数并非一个常数,而具有分布特性.所有导联的ECG信号的最大Lyapunov指数L1均为正数,其余指数为负,心电信号表现出明显的混沌特征.同一导联相比较,冠心病人的L1低于健康正常人的L1,L1可以将冠心病人与健康正常人区分开来,在心脏疾病诊断中具有潜在的应用价值.
