Since 1976, a total of 36 cases of primary gallbladder cancer have been treated, and 28 cases were misdiagnosed before surgery, accounting for 77.8%. This article aims to analyze the causes and lessons of misdiagnosis in 28 patients. Clinical data in this group of 28 cases aged 27 to 74 years old, average 57.6 years old
