对300名12~19岁的青少年用阻断法在RM-6000型四道生理仪上作了气道阻力(Raw)的测定。同时测定了FVC、·V75和·V50和·V25。以年龄、身高、FVC为自变量,在IBM-PC/XT计算机上用多元逐步回归法建立呼气和吸气阻力的回归方程。结果表明,呼气和吸气阻力都随年龄的增长而下降,FVC、·V75、·V50、·V25则随年龄的增长而上升。反映青少年的气道阻力随肺和气道的生长发育呈比例下,与国外的研究一致。本研究首次为我国青少年提供了生长过程中气道阻力变动的规律和回归方程,宜于卫生和临床工作者的参考应用。
Three hundred 12 to 19-year-old adolescents were tested for airway resistance using a block method on a RM-6000 four-channel physiology instrument. FVC, · V75 and · V50 and · V25 were measured at the same time. Based on age, height and FVC as independent variables, regression equation of expiratory and inspiratory resistance was established by multivariate stepwise regression on IBM-PC / XT computer. The results showed that both expiratory and inspiratory resistance decreased with advancing age, while FVC, V75, V50 and V25 increased with advancing age. Reflect the adolescent airway resistance with lung and airway growth and development at a proportion, consistent with foreign studies. This study, for the first time, provides the law and regression equation of airway resistance changes in growth process for young people in our country. It is suitable for health and clinical workers reference application.
