人发中元素的测定,对研究人发中元素与身体健康的关系,确定正常值含量范围等方面有着重要的意义。电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析(ICP-AES),具有准确、灵敏、干扰小、动态范围宽和多元素同时测定的优点,是进行批量人发样品测定的有力手段。本文研究了ICP-AES摄谱法同时测定发样中钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、锰、锶、铬、铅、钡、钒、钴、镍、硼等14种元素的最优化条件,拟定了分析方法,测定了蚌埠市1000余例学龄前儿童头发中钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、锰。取得了满意结果。同时研究了发根、发梢和不同取样部位元素含量的差异,说明取样的代表性和合理性是保证分析结果准确和具有对比价值的重要因
Determination of human hair elements, the human hair in the study of the relationship between elements and health, determine the range of normal content has an important significance. Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, small interference, wide dynamic range and the simultaneous determination of multiple elements. It is a powerful method for the determination of bulk human hair samples. In this paper, the optimal conditions of simultaneous determination of 14 elements including calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, manganese, strontium, chromium, lead, barium, vanadium, cobalt, nickel and boron in hair samples by ICP- An analytical method was developed to determine calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and manganese in the hair of more than 1,000 preschool children in Bengbu. Satisfactory results have been achieved. At the same time, the differences of the content of elements in the hair roots, hair tips and different sampling sites were also studied. It shows that the representativeness and rationality of sampling are important factors to ensure the accurate and comparative analysis results
