弹性固体接触问题在工程实际中具有十分重要的意义。像紧配合零件、螺栓连接、齿轮对以及燃汽轮机叶片榫头与轮盘榫槽处的应力分析,都属于这一类问题。本文用位移型有限元素法分析弹性固体接触问题。所述方法可以处理多个物体多处接触的情况,也可以处理有初始间隙及初始嵌入的情况,还可以处理有摩擦力存在的情况。虽然本文只给出了平面弹性固体接触的具体公式,也可以推广于轴对称问题及三维问题。也可将本文所述方法推广于弹塑性固体接触问题。
The problem of elastic solid contact is of great significance in engineering practice. Stress analysis such as close-fitting parts, bolted connections, gear pairs, and turbine blade tenons and roulette mortises are all examples of this type of problem. In this paper, displacement finite element method for the analysis of elastic solid contact problem. The method can deal with the contact of multiple objects in multiple places, handle the initial gap and the initial embedding, and can also deal with the existence of frictional force. Although this paper only gives the concrete formula of plane elastic solid contact, it can also be generalized to axisymmetric and three-dimensional problems. The method described in this paper can also be generalized to elastoplastic solid contact problems.
