目的:探讨规律服用汉防己甲素片治疗矽肺患者的临床效果。方法:将142例矽肺患者随机分为对照组与观察组各71例,对照组采用常规消炎、平喘、止咳治疗方式,观察组患者在上述基础上规律服用汉防己甲素片,比较两组患者治疗后症状改善率与X线片好转率。结果:观察组患者的X线胸片好转率为21.1%,咳嗽改善率为81.2%,咳痰改善率为78.3%,胸闷改善率为46.2%,呼吸困难改善率为54.1%,均明显好于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规律服用汉防己甲素片有助于迅速改善矽肺患者症状,促进肺部病变好转,具有确切临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of taking tetrandrine tablets regularly in patients with silicosis. Methods: A total of 142 patients with silicosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 71 cases in each group. The control group was given routine anti-inflammatory, antiasthmatic and cough-resistant treatment. The patients in observation group regularly took tetrandrine tablets on the above basis. Symptoms improvement rate and X-ray film rate after treatment. Results: In the observation group, the improvement rate of X-ray was 21.1%, the improvement rate of cough was 81.2%, the improvement rate of sputum was 78.3%, the improvement rate of chest tightness was 46.2% and the improvement of dyspnea was 54.1% Control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Regular administration of tetrandrine tablets can help to rapidly improve the symptoms of patients with silicosis and promote the improvement of lung diseases, with definite clinical value.
