作者收集了某医院急诊部15岁以上哮喘病人的资料,试验哮喘患者氨茶碱静脉给药的负荷剂量。病人按就诊时已服和未服氨茶碱制剂进行分类,并按总体重和理论体重(以身高计算)分析剂量。
The authors collected information on asthma patients over the age of 15 in a hospital emergency department and tested the loading dose of intravenous aminophylline for asthma patients. The patients were classified according to the dose of aminophylline preparations taken at the time of their visit, and the dose was analyzed on the basis of total weight and theoretical body weight (calculated in height).
