随着经济全球化深入发展,信息网络化已成为推动着人类社会发展的强大动力。网络科技正在以其巨大的力量在改变着世界,改变着人类社会的方方面面。传统图书馆也开始渐渐向“虚拟化”、“数字化”的数字图书馆发展。在此背景之下图书馆管理工作也出现了一些新的变化,从而图书资料的管理方式也要顺应信息网络化的要求发生相应的改变,采用新的方式与对策,这就对图书资料管理人员提出了新的要求。本文分析了网络信息背景下图书资料管理工作的变化、图书资料管理人员所面对的挑战,并探讨了在此背景下提高图书资料管理人员在那个和素质的方法和途径。
With the deepening of economic globalization, information networking has become a powerful impetus to the development of human society. With its huge power, network technology is changing the world and changing all aspects of human society. Traditional libraries are also beginning to gradually develop into digital libraries for “virtualization” and “digitalization.” Under this background, some new changes have taken place in the library management. Therefore, the way of management of books and materials has to be changed according to the requirements of information network. New ways and countermeasures should be adopted, Put forward new requirements. This paper analyzes the changes of library information management under the background of network information and the challenges faced by library materials managers. It also discusses the ways and means to improve the quality of library materials managers in this context.
