小学英语教学怎样才算是有效的呢?传统观念认为,好的课堂就是课堂秩序良好,教师按时完成授课内容,学生认真听讲和回答问题,接着进行大量的笔头练习,教师再通过讲解题目,让学生在考试中取得好的成绩,有好的平均分、及格率和优秀率等。而新课程标准要求下的课堂教学应体现学生的主体性、教师的主导性、师生的平等性。有效的英语课堂教学在具备传统课堂教学的优点以外,更注重课堂教学的有效性。在遵循教学规律的前提下,尊重学生个性差异不断调整教学方法和手段让不同层次的学生都能得到发展和提高。
