中学老师好福气,职称设了新台阶,不光有相类于“副高”的“高级教师”,且还有了相当于“正 高”的“教授级中学高级教师”——媒体呼作“中学教授”。 不是叫大学教授吗,今儿怎么来了“中学教授”?“脑筋急转弯”跟不上,我有些惘然。可“长考” 之后,旋亦释然:都“明星到处吼,教授满街走”了,多几个“中学教授”,也没什么大不了的。 然而,听几位“中学教授”的“一席谈”,我又忍不住要唠叨。谈及选评“教授级中学高级教师” 的理由,几位的共同说法是:提高中学教师的社会地位。其中的一位就说,原先的中学教师最高职 称“高级教师”只相当于“副高”,“在无形中也就‘定格’了中学教师不高的社会地位”。另一位进而 呼应道,“中学教授”的出现,将会“提高整个行业的社会地位”。
