勃利县地处黑龙江省东部,幅员面积4455平方公里,总人口37.1万,是全国商品粮基地县,果树基地县,一百个产煤重点县之一。新一届领导班子上任以来,坚持改革发展稳定方针,从理顺关系、积累后劲入手,进一步深化改革,扩大开放,使全县经济和社会事业发展步伐加快,人民生活水平大幅度提高。2004年上半年,全县生产总值同比增长14.2%;全口径财政预算收人同比增长49%;税收总额同比增长67.1%,县域经济呈现出蓬勃向上局面。这些成绩的取得,关键在于我们做了以下几方面工作:一、我们因地制宜、结合实际制定了“工业富县、工业强县”的发展战略。通过工业结构优化调整,以资源优势和工业基础为依托,以发展民营经济为着力点,把符合国家产业政策的好项目、大项目抢“进笼”、早上马,培植优势产业,拉
Boli County is located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, covering an area of 4455 square kilometers, with a total population of 371,000, is the country’s commodity grain base counties, fruit base counties, one of 100 key coal-producing counties.
