“入世”后,我国的人才资源是否面临巨大冲击?答案是肯定的。有关专家专门对这一问题进行了深入调查研究后得出“入世”后我国的人才资源市场将有4个明显特征。 1.由于供需关系的变化,凡投资量大的环境好的地方,人才使用量继续增加,人才在企业间和城市间的流动性增强是必然趋势。 2.具有技术专业优势的人会非常抢手,而一般文化知识和非训练过的劳动力在人力资源市场会过剩。
After China's accession to the WTO, is the talent resource in our country facing a huge impact? The answer is affirmative. Relevant experts conducted an in-depth investigation and study on this issue and concluded that China's human resources market will have four distinct features after China's accession to the WTO. 1. Due to the changes in supply and demand, where the amount of investment is high and the environment is good, the use of talents continues to increase, and the mobility of talents among enterprises and cities is an inevitable trend. 2. People with technological expertise will be very much sought after, while general cultural knowledge and untrained labor will be surplus in the human resources market.
