Based on a certain discipline system, it is rooted in some theoretical logic to study the salary system. There are huge differences in the hypothesis of people, the hypothesis of work, the principle of salary design, the basis of salary design and the form of remuneration. Every kind of salary design logic can only explain the issue of compensation limitedly. Mainstream economics believes that the equilibrium wage rate in the market is the single wage that all workers and all employers face in the market
