在信息社会,信息就是资源,因而只有拥有信息,才可参与经济活动,反之将饱尝失败的苦果。作为经济活动范畴的高校技术物资采购供应工作,在计划经济向商品经济和市场经济的转轨过程中,必须转变观念,才能适应新的形势,做好教学和科研的技术后勤保障工作。本文试从信息的搜集、整理与利用几方面总结一些工作经验,抛砖引玉,仅供参考。
In the information society, information is a resource. Only by having information can we participate in economic activities. Otherwise, we will suffer the bitter consequences of failure. As an area of economic activity, the purchasing and supply of technical materials in universities must change their concepts in order to adapt to the new situation and ensure the technical and logistical support for teaching and scientific research during the transition from planned economy to commodity economy and market economy. This article tries to summarize some work experience from the aspects of information collection, arrangement and utilization, and to provide reference for reference.
