本文对我国人群中再次分离出两株重分配的H_1N_2亚型流感病毒的基因来源作了进一步研究。通过对该两株病毒RNA不同节段迁移率比较,新H_1N_2病毒株仅第4(编码HA)基因节段来自H_2N_2亚型病毒株,而其余分别编码N_P、N_A、M和Hs蛋白的基因节段均来源于H_3N_2亚型病毒株。病毒颗粒血凝素重链区(HA_1)基 因核苷酸序列和由此序列推导出氨基酸序列分析指出,新H_1N_2病毒株的HA基因来源于当前人群中流行的H_(N2)亚型病毒株,而不同于过去分离到的H_1N_2毒株。因此,上述结果清楚表明,新H_1N_2病毒株不是由旧H_1N_2病毒株污染而来,它是近期人群中流行的H_1N_2和H_1N_1两亚型病毒株重分配而来,并进一步证实,新亚型流感病毒可在人群中直接通过重配而来。
In this paper, we further study the gene sources of two reassigned H_1N_2 subtypes of influenza viruses in our population again. By comparing the mobility of different segments of the two strains of virus RNA, only the fourth (encoding HA) gene segment of the new H_1N_2 strain came from the H_2N_2 strain and the rest of the genes encoding the N_P, N_A, M and Hs proteins, respectively Sections are derived from the H_3N_2 subtype virus strain. The results showed that the HA gene of the new H_1N_2 strain originated from the H_ (N2) subtype virus currently prevailing in the population, Which is different from the H_1N_2 strain isolated in the past. Therefore, the above results clearly show that the new H_1N_2 strain is not contaminated with the old H_1N_2 strain, and is a redistribution of two subtype strains of H_1N_2 and H_1N_1 circulating in the recent population, and further confirms that the new subtype of influenza virus Can be directly in the crowd through the re-allocation.
