价格在上下游市场间传递迅速是市场运作效率的体现。本文以北京市场上的白菜、土豆和番茄为对象,对不同零售渠道下的蔬菜零售价格对上游市场价格变动的反应机制进行了实证分析。结果发现:无论上游销地批发市场价格是上涨还是下跌,农贸市场价格的调整速度和幅度都是一致的;而对于超市,当上游销地批发市场价格下降时,超市会推迟降价或减小降价幅度,使得超市购买者未能从上游价格下降中获得较完全的福利。最后,根据研究结论提出了相关政策建议。
The rapid transfer of prices between the upstream and downstream markets reflects the efficiency of the market. This paper takes Beijing cabbage, potatoes and tomato as object, and makes an empirical analysis of the response mechanism of vegetable retail price to the changes of upstream market prices under different retail channels. The results showed that: No matter whether the price of the wholesale market in the upstream sales market is up or down, the pace and magnitude of the adjustment of the prices of the farmers’ markets are the same; while for the supermarkets, when the wholesale market prices of the sales outlets decrease, the supermarket will postpone or reduce the prices Magnitude, so that supermarket buyers failed to lower the upstream price to get more complete benefits. Finally, based on the conclusions of the study, the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
