改革开放以来,随着法制建设的日益完善,社会生活与法制的关系也越来越密切,与法制内容相关的新闻在各种媒体上占有相当比重。但由于部分新闻工作者对各种法律知识缺乏了解,从而使新闻报道中出现不应该出现的法律错误,给读者造成混乱,带来误导。虽然大多数新闻报道中的法律错误不是原则性的,但它损害了国家法律的严肃性,影响了新闻的真实性,使新闻报道的社会效果大打折扣。
Since the reform and opening up, with the improvement of the legal system, the relationship between social life and the legal system has become increasingly close. News related to the content of the legal system occupies a considerable proportion of various media. However, due to the lack of understanding of legal knowledge by some journalists, legal errors in news reports that should not occur appear to be confused and misleading to the readers. Although the legal errors in most news reports are not principled, they undermine the seriousness of national laws, affect the authenticity of news and greatly reduce the social effects of news coverage.
