目的建立茶枯中糖类成分的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,样品提取后用苯酚-硫酸法显色,于486 nm波长处测定吸光度,通过随行标准曲线法计算含量。结果本法线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),回收率在96.1%~102.5%之间,RSD为2.3%。结论该法简便快速,可用于茶枯中糖类成分的测定,为茶枯质量标准的建立提供思路。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of sugar in tea leaves. Methods Ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry was used. After the sample was extracted by phenol - sulfuric acid method, the absorbance was measured at 486 nm and the content was calculated by the standard curve method. Results The linear relationship was good (r = 0.999 7). The recoveries ranged from 96.1% to 102.5% with a RSD of 2.3%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the determination of saccharides in tea, and provide ideas for the establishment of tea quality standards.
