目的:探讨冰片对兔角膜上皮细胞促渗透作用的机理。方法:将培养的兔角膜上皮细胞分为实验组和两个对照组。应用电子自旋共振方法对实验组和对照组的细胞膜磷脂分子排列的有序性参数进行测量。结果:两个对照组和实验组的有序参数分别为0.711±0.024,0.717±0.018,0.743±0.039。实验组与其他两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:冰片的促渗透作用与其改善角膜上皮细胞的细胞膜磷脂分子排列有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of borneol promoting corneal epithelial cells in rabbits. Methods: The cultured rabbit corneal epithelial cells were divided into experimental group and two control groups. Electron spin resonance method was used to measure the ordered parameters of the arrangement of the phospholipid molecules in the experimental group and the control group. Results: The order parameters of two control and experimental groups were 0.711 ± 0.024, 0.717 ± 0.018 and 0.743 ± 0.039, respectively. There was a significant difference between experimental group and other two groups (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The promoting effect of borneol is related to the improvement of cell membrane phospholipid molecular arrangement in corneal epithelial cells.
