党支部书记是基层党组织的负责人,在基层党的建设和发挥党组织作用方面起着其他干部不可替代的作用。在实践中我体会到,铁路运输系统党支部书记履行岗位职责,要当好“六员”。
Party branch secretary is the leader of grass-roots party organizations, play an irreplaceable role in the grass-roots party building and play a role of party organization. In practice, I realized that the secretary of the party branch of the railway transport system should fulfill the duties of post and should be regarded as “six members”.
