论述了医患关系的内涵与分类,针对医患关系的现状,从社会因素、医方因素、患方因素三个方面剖析了医患矛盾的原因,提出构建和谐医患关系的策略是:加大政府投入,完善医疗保障体系;加强医疗立法,明确医患双方的权利和义务;建立医院新闻发言人制度;加强医患沟通,增进人文关怀。
In this paper, the connotation and classification of doctor-patient relationship are discussed. According to the current situation of doctor-patient relationship, the causes of doctor-patient conflict are analyzed from three aspects: social factor, medical factor and patient factor. The strategy of building harmonious doctor-patient relationship is: Large government investment, improve the medical security system; strengthen medical legislation, a clear medical rights and obligations of both parties; the establishment of the hospital spokesman system; strengthen communication between doctors and patients and enhance humanistic care.
