战术信息交换系统—TIES,是一种探索性的发展方案,其目的在于使现代海军飞机有更好的成本效果、更可靠、更有效的通信、导航、识别系统。这些目标是这样来实现的:分析用黑盒子无线电装置组成的传统的系统部件,并在功能组件的基础上形成新的系统。这些功能组件以这样一种方式组装起来,即考虑到通过控制资源管理的计算机来实现保工作降级(Graceful Degradation)。这种结构方式也允许通过规定若干关键的接口标准有条不紊地引入新技术和作技术改进。正是因为这种系统结构,TIES将减轻系统重量并使系统的部件能在许多不同的平台上使用。该系统目前在海军航空发展中心的实验室中作概念性验证。本文给出TIES的描述和关于系统综合和测试的最新资料。
The Tactical Information Exchange System, TYS, is an exploratory development that aims to make modern naval aircraft better cost-effective, more reliable and efficient communication, navigation and identification systems. These goals are achieved by analyzing traditional system components made up of black box radios and forming new systems based on functional components. These functional components are assembled in such a way that Graceful Degradation is taken into account by computers that control resource management. This structure also allows for the orderly introduction of new technologies and technological improvements by defining a number of key interface standards. Because of this system architecture, TIES will reduce system weight and enable system components to be used on many different platforms. The system is currently being conceptualized in the Naval Air Development Laboratory. This article gives a description of TIES and the latest information on system synthesis and testing.
