蓖麻油为大戟科植物蓖麻(Riccnus communisL.)的成熟种子经榨取并精制得到的脂肪油,为几乎无色或微带黄色的澄明粘稠液体;气微;味淡而后微辛。常作刺激性泻药,用于导泻。近年来,蓖麻油诱发孕妇体内前列腺素生成的作用被广泛用于晚期妊娠引产。我院将蓖麻油炒鸡蛋用于各种有产科指征需进行引产的孕妇,临床应用近十年,疗效肯定,有效率80—90％,但蓖麻油炒鸡蛋需现吃现炒,应用不方便,我们由此为依据,进行了剂型改进,经临床证实,效果良好。
