中国灭火队根据中国和科威特政府签订的合同,于1991年9月5日进入科威特布尔甘大油田,在短短的53天时间里,成功地扑灭10口日喷油量1万吨以上的油井大火。举国上下十分关心他们在科国的灭火工作情况。为此,我们特约请夏述明同志在繁忙的工作中,为本刊撰写这篇专稿。连同我们选登的由灭火队员们拍摄的10多幅现场照片(见封面、封二)一起发表,以飨读者。这篇文章概略地介绍了油井着火特点、井下和井口状况,制订的灭火方案和作业程序,实施井控的独特方法和优势,充分显示了我国石油工业灭火技术水平和丰富经验,受到科威特政府高度评价。文章还介绍了参与灭火各国灭火队的技术特点和水平。
Based on the contract signed by the Chinese and Kuwaiti governments, China Fire Extinguishers entered the Burbur Oilfield in Kuwait on September 5, 1991, successfully extinguishing 10 oil wells of over 10,000 tons of oil per day in just 53 days Fire. The entire country is very much concerned about their firefighting work in the country. To this end, we specially invited Comrade Xia Shu Ming to write this special post for this magazine during his busy work. Together with more than 10 live photos of our selected firefighters (see cover page and cover page), they were released for readers. This article gives a brief introduction of the characteristics of oil well fire, downhole and wellhead conditions, fire fighting programs and operating procedures developed and the unique methods and advantages of well control. It fully demonstrates the fire fighting technology and experience of China’s petroleum industry. It is highly regarded by the Kuwaiti government Evaluation. The article also introduces the technical characteristics and level of fire fighting teams participating in fire fighting.
