游梁式抽油机在使用中出现了一些不该发生的安全事故,即游梁从井架上翻下来,砸坏井口装置。究其原因,中轴承卡瓦未装,同时出现尾轴承座脱落或连杆单边脱落,并非产品质量问题。经调查,中轴未装卡瓦的比例高达50%,主要原因是井下作业时,需要吊游梁,为了吊装方便未装卡瓦。特别是?
