目的:为口服生物反应调节剂脂质体阻断某些胃肠道肿瘤的形成及术后转移复发提供实验依据。方法:Balb/c小鼠腹腔接种H22肝癌细胞前后按不同分组分别灌胃香菇多糖脂质体、香菇多糖、空白脂质体+香菇多糖及生理盐水19d,结束治疗后检测腹水量和肠系膜淋巴结及脾脏NK细胞活性。结果:香菇多糖脂质体组腹水量显著减少P<0.01,肠系膜淋巴结及脾脏NK活性显著提高,香菇多糖和香菇多糖+空白脂质体组NK活性略升高,但不能抑制腹水生成。结论:香菇多糖脂质体可显著提高荷瘤小鼠肠系膜淋巴结和脾脏NK细胞活性,口服这种新型的免疫调节剂对NK细胞的激活可能为其体内抑瘤作用机制之一,表现了长期口服给药抑瘤优势。
OBJECTIVE: To provide experimental evidence for the formation of orally bioavailable response modifier liposomes to block some gastrointestinal tumors and their postoperative metastasis and recurrence. Methods: Balb / c mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with lentinan lipopolysaccharide, lentinan, liposome + lentinan and normal saline for 19 days before and after intraperitoneal inoculation of H22 hepatoma cells, and the levels of ascites and mesenteric lymph nodes Spleen NK cell activity. Results: The ascites volume of lentinan liposome group decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the activity of NK in mesenteric lymph node and spleen increased significantly. NK activity of lentinan and lentinan plus liposome group slightly increased but could not inhibit ascites formation. Conclusion: Lentinan liposome can significantly improve the activity of NK cells in mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen of tumor-bearing mice. Oral administration of this new immunomodulatory agent to NK cells may be one of the mechanisms of antitumor activity in vivo. Administer antitumor advantage.
