道德与法律的内在统一性 ,是一个理论问题 ,也是一个实践问题 ,研究这一课题不仅对改进德育课教学 ,而且对加强精神文明建设都具有重要意义。文章从三个方面简要阐述了道德与法律的内在统一性 :一是道德与法律具有同质性 ;二是道德与法律相互作用 ;三是道德与法律相互生成和转化。
The inherent unity of morality and law is a theoretical issue and a practical issue. Studying this topic is of great significance not only for improving the teaching of moral education but also for strengthening the building of spiritual civilization. The article briefly elaborates the internal unity of morality and law from three aspects: one is the homogeneity of morality and law; the other is the interaction of morality and law; the other is the mutual formation and transformation of morality and law.
