民以食为天。为了健康、长寿,饮食历来受到人们的重视。人类从远古的菇毛饮血,到当今,讲营养成分、算原素构成,那么,明天我们又吃什么呢? 吃素 科学研究表明,肉食品和10大死亡原因中的6类疾病(心脏病、癌症、脑血管疾病、糖尿病、动脉硬化及肝硬化)有关。西方一些国家出现了肉、蛋类食品冷落,而以土豆为主的蔬菜和纤维丰富、特别有防癌和避免动脉阻塞作用的食品成为抢手货。
