报道:患者女55岁,因易怒,多汗,多食12年,反复黑矇晕厥1月。于1993年3月24日入院。12年前因易怒,多汗,多食,心跳快,甲状腺Ⅱ°肿大,甲状腺吸碘功能增高,诊断为Graves病给予甲基硫氧嘧啶治疗症状缓解,以后病情无变化,也无高血压及胸闷痛等。1月前易怒多汗,多食等症状复发,伴阵发性心悸,有漏博感,每日发黑矇1～2次。院外查血T_3,T_4增高,甲状腺摄碘率增高,诊断
