目的比较儿童行皮肤软组织扩张术前后表皮细胞配对盒子(paired box 3,PAX3)表达的差异,为探讨其临床作用机制提供依据。方法通过HE染色和免疫组化染色,比较扩张前后皮肤软组织切片和表皮细胞PAX3蛋白平均光密度变化的情况。结果扩张后表皮中黑素细胞增多,PAX3阳性区域平均光密度在扩张后为0.37±0.05,且显著高于扩张前0.28±0.06,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论皮肤软组织扩张术在一定程度上会导致黑素细胞数目增多,可能与儿童表皮细胞PAX3基因表达增加有关。
Objective To compare the expression of paired box 3 (PAX3) before and after skin and soft tissue expansion in children and provide the basis for exploring its clinical mechanism. Methods HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to compare the average optical density changes of PAX3 protein in skin soft tissue sections and epidermal cells before and after dilation. Results After expansion, the number of melanocytes in the epidermis increased. The mean optical density of PAX3 positive area was 0.37 ± 0.05 after dilation, and was significantly higher than that before dilation (0.28 ± 0.06, P <0.01). Conclusion The expansion of dermal soft tissue may lead to the increase of the number of melanocytes to a certain extent, which may be related to the increase of PAX3 gene expression in children epidermal cells.
