下颌骨切除后缺损畸形的修复,长期以来是口腔颌面外科研究的重要课题之一。近5年来,我科因良、恶性肿瘤行下颌骨切除共112例(包括联合根治术),其中即期采取自体新鲜肋骨、髂骨移植,自体冷冻病变下颌骨再植及自体煮沸病变下颌骨再植共计44例。
