患者女,71岁。下眼睑多处肤色1~5mm丘疹5年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内由透明细胞组成的条索状上皮样肿瘤团块,中央形成管腔,部分呈蝌蚪状分布。CEA,PAS染色管腔及管内容物阳性。诊断:透明细胞汗管瘤。
Female patient, 71 years old. Lower eyelid multiple color 1 ~ 5mm papules 5 years. Histopathological examination of the lesion showed that the cord-like epithelioid tumor mass composed of transparent cells in the dermis formed a lumen in the center and was partly tadpole-like. CEA, PAS staining tube and tube contents positive. Diagnosis: Clear cell hemangiomas.
