目的分析直肠癌的MRI表现特征,评价高场强MRI对直肠癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析14例经手术切除且病理证实的直肠癌患者的MRI平扫和增强扫描图像特征。结果 14例直肠癌均能显示原发病灶,本组病例术前MRI检查T分期与术后病理分期对比,MRI检查的准确率为85.7%。结论 MRI能准确显示直肠癌的部位、形态、大小、浸润程度及其与周围组织器官的关系,对临床术式的选择有重要的指导意义。
Objective To analyze the MRI features of rectal cancer and evaluate the diagnostic value of high field MRI in rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 14 cases of surgically resected and pathologically confirmed rectal cancer patients with MRI plain scan and enhanced scan features. Results All 14 cases of primary rectal cancer showed primary lesion. The T stage of preoperative MRI and pathological staging were compared in this group. The accuracy of MRI was 85.7%. Conclusion MRI can accurately show the location, shape, size, infiltration of rectal cancer and its relationship with the surrounding tissues and organs, and has important guiding significance for clinical choice.
