永靖县商业局下属食品、饮食服务、糖业烟酒、民族贸易公司、食品加工厂和盐锅峡商店等六个基层单位,有职工354人,是规模较大的县直机关。近几年来,这个机关档案室的建设取得了显著成效,主要有七个方面的变化: 一、改革了档案室的组织机构形式。水靖县商业局机关及所属基层单位的档案室机构,在1980年以前是按行政管理体制设置的。在县直机关中按行政管理体制设置档案室,固有可取之处,但亦有难以克服的问题:无论机关单位
