Secretory otitis media is one of the most common childhood diseases, which has a certain impact on children’s verbal cognitive behavior. Tympanic membrane tube is the most effective treatment of secretory otitis media, but there are some complications. 2004 new clinical guidelines clear diagnosis and treatment of secretory otitis media in children.
