目的:制备高纯度蝙蝠葛碱。方法:利用两性生物碱可溶于酸水、碱水且在pH 8~9易形成沉淀的性质,从北豆根中提取酚性总碱;利用蝙蝠葛碱的酸性与其他碱酸性的差异性,采用碱水溶液萃取,将蝙蝠葛碱同其他酚性碱分离。结果:提纯后的蝙蝠葛碱利用HPLC进行含量测定,平均含量达96%以上。结论:优选的精制工艺稳定、可行且易操作。
Objective: To prepare high purity dauricine. Methods: The amphoteric alkaloids were soluble in acid and alkaline water, and they were easy to form precipitates at pH 8 ~ 9. The phenolic total alkaloids were extracted from the roots of Radix et Rhizoma. The difference of the acidity and the other basic acids , Using alkaline aqueous extraction, the dauricine separated with other phenolic alkali. Results: The purified dauricine was determined by HPLC with the average content of more than 96%. Conclusion: The preferred purification process is stable, feasible and easy to operate.
