目的观察单臂外固定架治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法 23例儿童股骨干骨折在C臂X线机监视下行闭合或开放复位后,采用单臂外固定架固定,骨折愈合后拆除外固定架。结果随访时间6~18个月(平均12个月),全部病例达到临床愈合。下肢功能优良率95.7%。浅表钉道感染5例(占22%)。结论应用外固定器治疗儿童股骨干骨折,创伤小,并发症少,操作简单,固定可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of single arm external fixator in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children. Methods Twenty - three children with femoral shaft fractures underwent closed or open reduction under the surveillance of C - arm X - ray machine and fixed with a one - arm external fixator. The external fixator was removed after fracture healing. Results The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 18 months (average 12 months), and all the cases achieved clinical healing. Leg function excellent rate of 95.7%. Superficial pinhole infection in 5 cases (22%). Conclusion Applying external fixator to treat children’s femoral shaft fractures with less trauma, less complications, simple operation and reliable fixation.
