我国制造业的信息化从 1979年开始 ,至今已有 2 0多年的历史 ,虽然取得了一定成绩 ,但总的看来企业对信息化认识不足 ,没有把企业信息化工作看成是企业最根本、最彻底的改造之一 ,只把企业信息化作为一般技术措施 ;企业对信息化的做法无系统规划 ,单项应用多 ,系统不集成、应用系统成孤岛 ,没有与其他先进制造技术、管理技术相结合 ,应用不深化 ;重设计、管理 ,轻工艺设计中的应用 ;培养人才不系统 ,缺少既懂技术又懂管理和信息技术的人才 ,尤其是中小企业。为了落实信息化带动工业化 ,以工业化促进信息化战略 ,促进行业企业信息化的发展 ,本刊从今年第 7期起连续刊登“机械制造企业信息化讲座”。讲座基本内容如下 :第一讲 我国制造业信息化的发展 ;第二讲 制造企业信息化发展规划的制订与实施 ;第三 讲企业信息化人才的培养 ;第四讲 产品设计技术与CAD技术 ;第五讲 机械制造企业工艺工作与CAPP技术 ;第六讲 PDM技术与数字化产品的数据管理 ;第七讲 企业经营管理与ERP技术 ;第八讲 企业信息化与信息编码 ;第九讲 工艺装备的数字化 ;第十讲 CAM技术在企业中的应用 ;第十一讲 电子商务及商务智能的应用 ;第十二讲 企业信息化工程监理。本讲座第一、二、三、五、六、七、八、十、十一、十二讲
The informationization of manufacturing industry in our country started from 1979 and has a history of more than 20 years.
