肺羊水栓塞是产科严重合并症,死亡率高,国外报道成活率为3～10％,过去对此病认识不足,常误诊为产科其他之合并症,随着我国医学科学的发展,特别妇女保健工作的进展,对此病引起了注意,近几年来,各地报道日益增多,且救活病人日渐增多。据文献报道肺羊水栓塞多发生于足月妊娠,中年经产妇,但是随着计划生育工作广泛开展,人工流产成为常见手术,在早孕、中孕钳括术时,亦可并发肺羊水栓塞,本院亦有两例,现报道如下。
